Description

The kit provides 14-day polarized cultures of Caco-2 cells on polycarbonate microporous filters in plates of 24 HTS transwells of 6.5 mm diameter, 0.33 cm2 area and 0.4 �m of pore diameter (fig. A).

An innovative conditioning media mantains the properties of the barrier, allowing us to provide customers with a robust screening tool. Figure B shows confocal analysis of occludin staining revealing tight junctions status in CacoReady� cell barrier.
