Precision Tooling to Meet Your Needs

ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) micropipets are used to aspirate and inject the sperm cell directly into the oocyte.

Standard Humagen ICSI micropipets are made in three bevel lengths:

  • 50 (8-10μm)

  • SI (10-11μm)

  • 35 (11-12μm)

Each has a sharp spike. An SI bevel with no spike is available upon request.

The standard opening is 5-6μm I.D. However, we offer a 4μm I.D., 6μm O.D. ICSI micropipet.

ICSI pipets may be ordered straight or with an angle. Angle choices are 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45. Standard ICSI pipets are bent 0.5mm from the tip. However, you may order a customized ICSI angled 1mm, 1.5mm or 2.0mm from the tip.

Larger ICSI micropipets are used for aspiration and injecting immature sperm. These micropipets have a sharp spike and come in two sizes: 7-8μm I.D. and 8-9μm I.D. They are sold straight or with the same angle choices as regular ICSI micropipets. The 8-9μm size is a standard Spermatid micropipet.

A number of micropipets are typically stocked in our inventory. Others are made when ordered and require 4-6 weeks delivery time. Request a catalog, or view the pages below for details.
