Monoclonal Antibodies to Transcription Factors and Nuclear DNA Binding Proteins

Targets:
Parent proteins for each of these monoclonals is identified both by protein
name and by Genbank accession number.
Purification:
Each is purified by Protein A or Protein G affinity chromatography from IgG-depleted
hybridoma supernatant.
Quantity:
100ug
Applications:
Each of these mab have been qualified for immunoblotting applications. To
date, 45 have been further qualified for immunocytochemistry, 44 for flow
cytometry, and 29 for immunoprecipitation. New antibody specificities and
updates to qualified applications for existing antibodies will be posted along
as new product and results become available.
